Strength & Conditioning
To maximize results, we use functional movement exercises, with little rest in between sets. This helps to maximize caloric burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. These classes give an intro to weight lifting as well with use of dumbbells and kettlebells. This allows us to put more resistance on the body so we are able to build lean muscle. Pair these combos with the nutritional guidance from our coaches allows us to give the best results.
All members work with a coach 1 on 1 to establish a custom nutritional plan for your goals. Whether you'd like to increase lean body mass, lose weight, or maintain your current weight - we have the plan for you!
Two words describe this class. STRONG and CAPABLE. During club time we will work with barbells and other odd objects (kettle bells, dumbbells, sandbags, etc) to shape, mold and carve your body into a STRONG and CAPABLE piece of art. Learn to become a STRONGER, HEALTHIER, HAPPIER version of yourself. All skill levels are welcome. Beginners and Advanced lifters will still find their place here!
